The Obsessive Compulsive is Full of Tone! Our kit has two extra controls on it, diode selection and a second toggle switch which acts as a boost.
The additional clipping option is a lovely addition pushing this from overdrive into distortion territory. If you're looking for a dynamic and open-sounding overdrive pedal that responds extremely well to subtle nuance and provides you with a range of sympathetic harmonic content, then this is for you
The build process is suitable for intermediate level builders, and is made easier with the board mounted pots and toggle switches. I've included my usual top notch DIY friendly PCB layout style, including larger pads to encourage good solder joints.
The kit is supplied with a JP1590B sized enclosure as standard.
This responds well to chords or lead playing and it really is an exceptional effect pedal.
