Now not everyone thinks this way, so we've got the write the mumbo-jumbo below to explain things and cover ourselves.

"Member" refers to an individual that Signs Up and registers on Our Website.
"Bespoke Build" refers to a Product that is produced by Us to Your specifications.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Website will cease immediately and all accumulated Loyalty Program points will be forfeit. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply discontinue using the Website.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to refuse orders, including without limitation, orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers. If we believe that You have made a false or fraudulent order, We are entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the colour or design of the Products on Our Website. We have made efforts to ensure the colour and design of Our Products are displayed as accurately as possible.
None of Our Kits are endorsed by any manufacturer.
Our Kits are Do-it-Yourself (DIY). For absolute clarity, this means that You build it yourself. You will be provided with the parts and instructions necessary to create Your own working guitar effects pedal. By making a purchase, You accept that the only person responsible for a successful build is You. There is an element of personal risk with any DIY project kit, if You buy something beyond your skill level and cannot build it, You are risking your investment. Part of Your responsibilities as the DIYer is to correctly identify the Parts needed and the proper build location of each Part. If you feel that a Part is missing or incorrect, please contact Us.
We will provide support, help and advice as much as We can, but this is not a contractual obligation and is only provided out of the kindness of our hearts. We do not accept any responsibility for a failed project if You use incorrect Parts, whether supplied by Us or from other retailers.
We only supply verified kits. This means verified circuits, that are recreated onto a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) of our own design and hand built by Us and fully tested before being offered to You for purchase.
Any information on a Kit comparison to a Product provided by a third-party manufacturer is for comparison purposes only. The Kits accurately represent what it’s compared but if You want a production pedal from a manufacturer, then please buy it from that manufacturer. Each Kit has its own name, and a list of comparable pedals. The Product that You are buying is a pedal Kit. A comparison between a pedal Kit that we provide (e.g., Nerd Snipe) to a manufacturers pedal (e.g., Chorus pedal) is for reference purposes only to give You a sense of the effects produced and there is no guarantee that our pedal Kit will sound exactly like a manufacturers pedal.
The Products in your order are handpicked and by making a purchase you accept that there can is a degree, however low, of human error. Sometimes We may put our hand in the wrong tub or drawer and send the incorrect part. Both parties accept that this is a possibility. It is Your responsibility to check the contents of Your order immediately upon receipt. If You find something missing from/incorrect in Your order, please contact Us within 14 days of receipt of Your order. We will ALWAYS rectify Our mistakes and will send You the correct Products at no additional charge. We do not expect any Products that We have erroneous shipping to be returned to Us. Once a mistake has been rectified, You accept that You have received Your full order, and that the matter is resolved.
There may rare occasions where We need to substitute part of a kit for a suitable replacement.
Bespoke Builds are Products built custom to your specifications. This can range from an enclosure drilled or painted at your request, to a fully built pedal. In other words, any Product that is modified from its original state in any way. Changes to your specifications cannot be made once an order is placed and payment completed. There are no refunds given for Bespoke Builds, including custom builds that are "not to your taste". There is a 12-month warranty period for all Bespoke Builds, excluding any postage fees. Warranties are no-transferable. If Your custom build develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact Us to arrange a repair. Repairs outside the warranty period may be charged a repair fee. Any fees or charges will be agree to before any work is conducted. Our warranty is void if You have misused or tampered with the Product in any way (do not try and fix it yourself!). A fee may be charged if a Bespoke Build is returned and it is determined to have no fault (there's nothing wrong with it). The lead times for Bespoke Builds are longer than our normal delivery times and you accept that delivery times can vary for each custom build.
We offer some Services on our Website such as, but not limited to, "Pre Solder My SMD JFET" and "Buy Jed a Soft Drink". There are no refunds for purchased Services.
Gift Cards that are purchased on our Website can only be used for future purchases on our Website, and not on any Affiliate websites where our Products are sold. There is no refund on Gift Card purchases. Gift Card amounts are set in the currency that You have used to purchase the Gift Card and can only be used for future purchases in that currency. For example, if You purchase a Gift Card in British Pounds and send it to someone in the United States, they cannot use that Gift Card for a purchase in United States dollars. We recommend that Gift Cards be purchased in the local currency of Your intended recipient to avoid future issues.
Returns
We are unable to accept the return of any pedal kit that has been opened, although your statutory rights are not affected. There are no returns what so ever on Bespoke Builds. Returns are only be accepted for Products in their original condition and packaging. Any return found to be not in their original condition will not be refunded. Any item sold by the Company as a retail agent for another brand, can be returned for a refund/exchange within 28 days, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
All purchases shipped outside the United Kingdom, including a country in the European Union, are liable for an import tax, set by the country being shipped to. You are liable for all import taxes. If any product is returned to Us due to lack of payment of these taxes You relinquishes all rights to the product(s) and You will not receive a refund from Us.

Our Website may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Loyalty Program
When You register to be a Member of our Website you will automatically be enrolled in Our Loyalty program. This program provides you with discounts based upon certain activities. Please see Our Loyalty Program page for details. Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Loyalty Program points cannot be used for purchases made on any Affiliate websites or platforms where Our Products are sold.
The Company reserves the right to terminate a Member's participation in the Program, without prior notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or misuse of the Program. In the event of termination, all accumulated Points will be forfeited.
Facebook Forum
The Company administers the Jeds Peds Support Group on Facebook to allow people to help each other with their pedal kit builds. Any views or modifications discussed in the Forum are not necessarily the views of the Company and it cannot be interpreted that discussion in there means a product listing is inaccurate or a kit is faulty. We cannot emphasise enough, these are DIY project kits.

Please note that Our Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.
