Here is MAGNETS! Its a TS808 which has been modified to add a powerful two band EQ. The front end of the circuit is tuned for heavier levels of bottom end and plenty of headroom.
The Baxandall EQ section provides 15db cut and boost of highs and low. The clipping section uses a germanium transistor as a diode to give some of that classic twangy tone associated with germaniums. Its coupled with an LED as well to give some unique tone. Unusually the original pedal is built on vero board!
All said and done, a really nice take on a classic pedal. Its not quite fully YATS for once.
