By purchasing a drilled enclosure, you acknowledge that:
You are buying a customised product.
All hole placements are based on standard templates, and there may be natural tolerances or minor variation in alignment.
If you supply your own drill coordinates or hole positions, these carry greater risk, as placement is done manually — no jigs or alignment tools are used.
Once the enclosure is drilled, it becomes a bespoke item and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or altered.
If precision placement is critical to your build, we recommend drilling the enclosure yourself, ensuring you retain full control and responsibility for the layout. There is always an element of risk when you ask someone else to modify something on your behalf.
