PCB Only - Just the plain PCB

PCB & Components - PCB, onboard components and any pots and toggle switches. 

Full Kit - As above with undrilled enclosure and off board components (foot switch, Jacks, 9v, LED)

Full Kit & Drilling - Full kit with drilled enclosure.

Drilling is an optional extra for the Full Kit. There is a small surcharge for this.

 

Drilling includes all the holes for a complete pedal.

You will need 1 knobs for this kit. 

Get a thin one. EG Jp Pro size 1 or similar.

Please be sure to read the build document before you order. The kits are enjoyable but can also be challenging.

You will have to identify components, calculate resistor codes and be able to solder them into place. 

All kits require full assembly and any images of completed PCBs are for reference only.

Building a pedal in the 1590A size category can be challenging for several reasons:

 

Size Constraints: The 1590A is a very compact enclosure. Its small dimensions limit the amount of space available for components and wiring. This makes it difficult to fit all the necessary electronic components and connections inside without causing overcrowding.

 

Component Selection: Smaller enclosures require smaller components and thoughtful placement as you build.

 

Wiring Complexity: In a compact enclosure like the 1590A, the wiring must be meticulously planned and executed to ensure that components are connected correctly without creating a cluttered mess. This requires careful routing and soldering to avoid shorts and interference.
